I think I finally didโฆ for now. I decided to get up in the morning no matter what time I fell asleep. Eventually my body will learn it needs to sleep before midnight to get enough rest. Tough love ๐๐

Ehh, barely worked yesterday as I had a coffee which I very rarely drink these days and it kept me up till 4am again ๐ So I slept till midday again today, but Iโll keep trying. Going back to reality in January wonโt be fun if I donโt get my sleeping patterns back to normal ๐
