Pilonidal Sinus is the skin disease which is commonly found in adult males, it is the inflammation at the posterior part of the human body between the buttocks, this inflammation hashas it's small opening but it's roots are deep almost 5 to 15 centimeters deep varies from person to person. This disease is commonly found in those persons which sits mostly like drivers, official workers etc.The person which is infected to pilonidal sinus has severe pain in that area with big inflammation, this disease mainly occurs the hair growth, dirt which is leads to the tissue damage which inturn leads to the tissue infection. There are many openings of pilonidal sinus which has its separate roots which are very deep
Spinal Anesthesia
This option is most important and critical in the pilonidal sinus surgery, there is need of two doctors general surgeon and Anesthetic Doctor two operation theater tectnections and two male nurses. First of all they need die which are being stained at the spinal cord under the theater light 💡 after that anesthesiologist injects the anesthesia injection of the lower spinal cord after that midle line incession done with one hour time needed to complete the surgery. Then shifted to thepost operative ward for further treatment with NS glucose and antibiotic IV
Symptoms
The lower part of the body is under mechanical process, which includes excessive hair growth in the area, debris stuking, which leads to that disease, how the infection arises? Lack of exercises, genetic problems, and prolonged sitting, which causes severe pain, pus fluid this must be acute and prolonged
pilonidal sinus is also referred as nest of hair, how to prevent from this disease shave 🪒 off the area with tremor, blade or laser light. After the surgery you need to prevent excessive hair growth. Surgery mainly occurs of two types general surgery and colorectal surgery. If anybody do not focus upon the disease it will remain for long time ⌚. As per reports the 3 of per thousand males are infected per year. The pilonidal sinus mostly occurs in males than females

Signs
Found at the posterior part of the body or near the tail bone or between the two cheeks, intermittent pain, pus in the form of yellow shape it is the mixture of blood and dead cells, sitting problem, mositure in that area and some people are asymptomatic in the form of cyst
Treatment
The person had infection in that area surgical Or drainage ,incession through the middle line, and keep the wound open because it has well healing results unlike the closure with stings it has the chances of infection agian that is more problematic, avoid excessive sitting for a long duration, keep the area neat and clean, shave off the area, wearing new cotton clothes, remove the moisture with cotton if needed. If the wound is too deep you need to replace dressing sterilizing paids daily for 6 to 8 weeks some times it needs long time to heal
