Oh, I've seen places that charge a bit more for reusable ones. It's not a bad incentive to get people to pick one up.

Yeah, just a little bit of thought goes a long way. I'm sure it's easy for people to get sidetracked and forget what they're doing, but just taking a split second to have a look at what the bin says wouldn't hurt.
