I agree with choosing a traditional job for the new graduates. That helps them grow in the career they have chosen.
For mommies and homies, I guess WFH is better...
But sometimes, it's toxic too. I guess both traditional and WFH... Everything has pros and cons, anyway.
Just need to find ways to balance work-life.
