Take note that also participating in the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month (HPUM) Challenge (where for each day of the month, you must either Power Up at least 1 HIVE or publish a 100% Powered Up post and get rewarded for it) will increase the amount of Hive Power delegation you receive for participating in the Hive Power Up Day (HPUD). 🤓 !LUV

It means that you publish a post on Hive where all your author rewards for the post will instantly be Powered Up as Hive Power (instead of the default where your author rewards is split into 50% Hive Power and 50% HBD). 🤓
Or wait... I'll check if I can power up easily form my mobile, since possibly I'll be quite a bit on the road the next months and probably there will be some days that I wouldn't sit with my computer.... 1PGM !PIZZA
Remember that to participate on the Hive Power Up Month using the "Power Up HIVE daily" option, you must Power Up at least 1 HIVE every single day following UTC. 🤓 !PGM
Missing a Power Up on a single day will automatically disqualify you from winning the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month (HPUM) badge (and the subsequent increase in the Hive Power delegation reward that you would get for participating in the Hive Power Up Day for the month). 😅 Some participants of the HPUM still choose to continue Powering Up at least 1 HIVE per day even if they already missed a day. 😏 !PIZZA
What kind of benefit would it give if one continues powering up (at least) 1 Hive per day if he has missed a day already? !wine !LUV
There will be no benefit to that except to make the Hive user show that he or she still supports the initiative despite no longer being eligible for the badge (and the subsequent rewards). 🤓
Anyway, #HiveBuzz sometimes makes special mentions to those participants who missed one day (or a few days) Powering Up for the Hive Power Up Month challenge. 😏
... and like this maybe people could click on their name and start to interact?... !wine
I don't think that the chance of people interacting with a Hive user that almost completed the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month Challenge will be noticeably greater than those that successfully completed the challenge. 🤔🤯😅 !LUV !HUG

In this case it wouldn't be a bad idea to change this in the settings... Like this I wouldn't forget a day to power up... On the other hand I wouldn't get any HBD for a whole month, which would be a pity.... So I'll take the risk of forgetting or omitting I think... !BBH !HUG

If both #Actifit and #Strava don't allow publishing a 100% Powered Up post, then choosing the "post everyday with 100% Reward Powered Up" option will require you to type a long post every single day using #Ecency (or #PeakD), which will take you hours of typing per day and is surely not applicable to you. 🤓 !PGM !HUG

I think something is not entirely clear to me. It's not enough to power up (at least) 1 Hive per day for a month to get this higher upvote? !wine !LUV
I don't understand what you mean with "higher upvote". 🤔 Do you mean "higher Hive Power delegation reward"? 🤓 !wine
To participate in the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month Challenge, powering up 1 HIVE per day (and 10 HIVE on the 1st day of the month for the HPUD) is enough if you can't or don't want to publish a 100% Reward Powered Up post every day. 😅 !LUV
ok, than I just power up at least 10 Hive on the 1st of the month and at least 1 Hive each consecutive day.... !PGM !LUV
Make sure you follow the UTC time zone which the #HiveBuzz bot uses when Powering Up everyday. 🤓 !WEED !LUV

How (much) the delegation would be if every day of a month I'd power up 1 HIVE? !LOL !PIZZA

That's complicated, since the Hive Power delegation you will receive from #HiveBuzz depends on many factors, some of which are the following: 🤓 !LUV !PIZZA
- number of participants on the recent Hive Power Up Days (HPUD)
- amount of HIVE Powered Up on the recent HPUDs and HPUMs
- total Hive Power delegated to the HiveBuzz Hive account (which in turn increases HP delegation to participants)
What's in your control is how much HIVE you will use to Power Up on each #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Day, as well as trying to complete the Hive Power Up Month Challenge. 🤓😏 !WEED !PIZZA
Is it important that on the HPUD there's a big amount of Hive powered up? Or for the upvote they only look to the last 5 months? !wine !LOL
Remains to be seen.

The (latest) #HiveBuzz announcement shows the following (which I slightly modified to become easier to understand): 🤓 !PIZZA
The amount of Hive Power delegated to be delegated to each Hive Power Up Day participant is calculated according to the following criteria: 🤯 !WINE
- How many HPUDs in a row the participant has successfully completed.
- The levels of the participant's Power Ups on each HPUD (such as "Level 2 or 4 Power Bee by Powering Up 50 or 500 HIVE", respectively).
- The number of other Hive users (who haven't been previously helped yet by another helper) the participant helped increase Hive Power, and how much has been Powered Up for each one.
- The total HIVE the participant Powered Up during those HPUDs and the HPUMs.
- How many successful PUMs in a row the participant has successfully completed.
I arranged the determinants above in order of difficulty for you, where the first is the easiest and the last is the hardest. 😆
There's no indication of how far they will look back in case you missed last month's HPUD, though it shows that if you missed the HPUD (not necessarily the HPUM), you will have to start building up HP delegation rewards from scratch. 🤓😅
Thanks! And what is this with these "helpers" who increased the Hive Power? !wine !CTP
They are the people who directly Power Up (not delegate) at least 10 HIVE to another Hive user who hasn't received any Hive Power Up (of any amount) from another user yet. 🤓 !wine
The badge is called "Power-Up Helper" (PUH) and the official post is here. 😏 You can get only one PUH badge a year, but it will give you a boost in the HP delegation reward that you will receive. 😎 !CTP
