I put in ONLY wheat and water, no salt
and it tastes sooo flavourful, as if I had not only put in salt, but also bread spices

Starte mit einem vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220°-230° (keine Umluft) und reduziere nach circa 15 Minuten auf 180°. Ab dann noch 40–45 Minuten. Nicht vergessen, ab und zu mit Wasser bestreichen.
