Agreed re: the ListNerds method of getting folks to engage. Totally works. I am thrilled with the interaction I am receiving, because I am researching the 3 steps I use a bit more so I can flesh it out for other people. That's why when people let me know how they do what they do, it helps me because I have feedback.
