In the good old days I was a to do list planner. I use Trello to document tasks that have multiple steps that I do not do very often - like building a new website on WordPress.
Nowadays my days and weeks follow a pattern that does not need a plan I am sure they would do better with a plan. A new project will get a plan and I will write a list.
