Hi Everyone,
It is another beautiful day and it's with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. My broilers bird are exactly two weeks old today and I will like to share with the new development regarding them.
After the successful raising of my first batch broiler birds, then I decided to continue and it is exactly two weeks today since I brought them in. Though the numbers birds brought in for my second batch is 75 piece compared to the first batch which was 50 and the reason why I have to increase the number of my broiler birds was because I realized that poultry farm business is a business of numbers.
I started vaccinated my broilers bird when they reach exactly a weeks with the first 200 lasota strain which is mainly to prevent Newcastle disease which is a deadly disease to poultry birds and a disaster to poultry farm business and as they reach two weeks old today, I have to vaccinated my broilers bird again with 200 doses of gomboro strain to prevent bursal diseases in birds and it means that my birds still have one more lasota strain and gonboro which will be administered to the birds when they reach three weeks and four weeks respectful to complete their vaccine.
While administering vaccine to my birds today, it was indeed a royal rumble at my birds pen because each one of them is ready to quench thirst because I have to withdraw their drinkers as early as possible because I have to wash them for the vaccine to be effective withdrawing their drinkers early is part of the strategy to starve the birds and make them thirsty to make sure that everyone one of the birds too. He immediately I put down the broilers in their pen, it was indeed a royal rumble as each one of them is trying to make sure to take a sip from the water.
Thanks for visiting my blog and have a wonderful day
