I'm just reading about it.
I'm a bit in support of this but I think 18 is too much, age 16 would have been fair.
There's an institution I know of that doesn't admit students below 16 and I can tell you the level of maturity in the school is quite different from the one who admits people who are younger.
You would think it's a bad thing until you find yourself amidst immature graduates.
The only issue here is that the leaders who passed this into law won't follow this stand but fly their own 13 year olds abroad to study.
