We had 3 days where it rained, one day I knew my daughter would be walking home so I got in my truck and tried to find her, 2 miles from my house, it poured rain, I was going 15mph and the water was coming over my hood, the road looked like a flooded river. I got home and we did not have much rain at our house. I did not find my daughter, she said she was under the bridge waiting for it to stop.

We have not turned our A/C on yet, last year when it was this hot we had a 400-dollar-light bill, we can not do that again.

Oh that's a scary experience. It floods in Manila too, but not where I live. Weather patterns worldwide have become erratic. I guess the Earth is going through some cycle. Predictions say we better be prepared. !LOL I do believe in that too.

Well, I've been cutting down on hours for the cooling system. I hope that helps while it helps me get a good night's sleep too. It's tough to function without good sleep so that's a priority. Still trying to find the right balance... 😉

I have not worked in several months if I had to work I would also turn on the air conditioner, like you are doing, for a few hours at night so I could sleep better.

I hope your weekend goes by slowly.
