Hello Alive Tribe!
It's Wednesday and we've made it half way through the week. I missed work Tuesday following that last wicked migraine. I called off work Tuesday Morning after a terrible night. I'm grateful for FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) that protects my job.
It involves a lot of red tape, or documentation, to be completed by my neurologist, but its worth the trouble. On days like yesterday, there was no way that I could have risen from my bed to answer calls.

Today I received an email regarding backed up work I've not completed due to call volume. There was way too much to complete inbetween calls and due to migraines, I don't work over time, either. At 2:30 I was messaged to work inquiries off of the phones. I did as many open work items as I could until work was over and even stayed over a bit to close more.
Life is full of challenges, but this off the phone work time was quite a blessing. I hope I can get more out of my work tomorrow between calls.
