Last sein in the sea for this year? After my son's Aquathlon I wanted to rest of the water is still warm enough to swim. It is but the weather that has been forecasted for the coming week will probably change the situation for next weekend.
Afterwards I did som #cycling : the same circuit as last week and again faster.
I think I'd be ready for another triathlon. We'll decide tomorrow in function of the weather...
