Who has never felt the urge to get away from people, to disconnect from the world for a moment? Well, if you don't feel that, I feel it, and I literally do it every now and then, disappear, disappear, deactivate Social Media, I do everything this, but with a certainty that it is also necessary to go back and understand each moment, each cycle of life. Coincidentally or not, yesterday I saw the film Inside Out 2 with my family and exactly this message is conveyed, that we can't be happy all the time.

But calm down, this doesn't mean that we should live in a pit of bitterness or sadness, after all, if happiness isn't forever, sadness isn't either, so this is where the cycles come in, the ups and downs, the good and bad moments of each of our lives. We work hard to be happy all the time and forget bad emotions and memories, but in the end we need them to grow and evolve and become better, mistakes and successes are part of who we are and this makes up our personality and convictions.

Even so, it's normal to move away, I, for example, have been deactivating my Facebook and Instagram for about two weeks, I was feeling bad seeing all the time the perfect world that everyone tries to show and sell on social media and that I know which doesn't exist, but for some reason it bothered me to the point of disabling these networks. Maybe it's a bit of envy, seeing this all the time, it seems that we assimilate that people's lives are perfect, even though they aren't and we feel envious of that, after all, they only show the good side of things, but what about the bad side? And the flaws? The errors?

Anyway, it is natural at certain moments in life to move away from people, to be able to reflect on everything that is happening, this is normal, what we cannot let is this time in our “fortress of solitude” to last for a long time, to the point of turning us into sad and depressed people most of the time. Keeping these periods of absence and disappearance under control is an action we must take and put into practice. Yes, we must seek a path of temporary solitude to review our concepts and convictions, but, just as important as that, is knowing when to return to the people who love us.

I imagine that in life's scenarios, we think countless times that no one loves us or wants us around, but I think that's too radical, I faithfully believe in my conviction that no one is hated by everyone and yes, you have someone who loves you, you can whether it be someone in your family, a friend, a possible romantic interest or even your pet, love has no rule book and is not exclusive to us humans, so no matter how much we take the journey to solitude and deep reflection In us, we must really remember that someone loves us and wants us well and so, we must return to and for these people.

Finally, an incredible point that we must learn and even more understand is that it is not possible to be happy all the time and that is okay. Our mistakes are part of us, our good or bad ideas, well-founded or unfounded convictions, all of this is part of the palette that makes up who we are and when we understand this, about not being happy all the time, we become lighter, by removing the weight of this charge to be happy 100% of the time. This way, we start to value each happy moment, just as we also learn from the bad moments, all of this is the incredible learning we have throughout the entire process of our life.

I recommend that you watch "Inside Out" 1 and 2, I am really impressed with the message given about this, about the weight and demand of being happy, without bad moments or memories you will understand my message better!

E as falhas?

This sounds like a page out of an Emotional intelligence book or magazine, it's true happiness should not be maintained at all times as it brings about the jumpy vibe as I like to call it which makes us miss details and mismanage items which then causes sadness which in my opinion is a good thing and should be enjoyed also.

The way of enjoying might me different but it's still happiness to me, with sadness come a keen grasp of information although mostly negative ones when not controlled with positivity, but when it is you get to be a lot calmer and creative due to the new set of information, like they say the greatest motivator is a problem. Enjoy all times friend relish in both moments with a positive mindset

Thanks for the compliment, I'm really happy to share my ideas and texts and even more so when people like them. I think the pressure to be happy all the time is dangerous, so we must learn to understand that defeats and mistakes are part of our life.

Memories and bad moments are part of the cycle, they teach us to appreciate and grow spiritually and mentally. Every emotion and feeling is worth it! Cheers.

People are just living fake lives on socials. Hide the true reality of things and try to enforce a genjutsu in the minds of the growing ones who know little or nothing about how life works.

Happiness is the key to achieving many things.

I liked the part about the genjustu kkk we really shouldn't show all our happiness, it causes envy in people and can be harmful, just as we can't entirely believe that everyone on social media is happy, that doesn't exist!

There's a saying that silence is the soul of business, so keep working in silent mode, growing and evolving, without telling anyone, so that no one can envy you or wish you were wrong.

it causes envy in people and can be harmful

I have first hand experience on this. When you show people the source of your happiness, they will want to block it.

A business built in silence will flourish more and have mpre branches.
