Hey Hivers,
Today was a constant race against the clock, but I couldn't let the day pass without posting about Hive Power Up, and give a quick update about my account. This is indeed my 28th participation in a row, and I am also glad to be back in the Power Up Month club. After missing it in January, I made sure to complete it in February. It's already late, so without any more delay, let's check the details of my account, its growth, and the various goals and targets.
HIVE
Let's start with Hive as always. As I went back to 100% Powered up rewards for my daily posts (in order to complete PUM), I couldn't accumulate a lot of HBD, which means I also could not convert much into liquid Hive. Therefore, I only had a few left today, and my Power Up is only 10.666HP, the bare minimum to qualify for a PUD badge. For the same reason, I didn't have much HBD to push to my savings, so it's only a symbolic 1.666HBD
Once again, for the same reason, the account growth looked quite linear, with daily rewards somewhat consistent. Starting the month at 3281HP, I was able to reach 3357HP. Considering it's a short month, that's about 2.7HP per day, and I'm actually surprised I reached this level. It's below my raised target of 3HP a day, but it's actually pretty close for a slow month.
Finally, taking into account today's Power Up, I am at 3367HP. It's only a 86HP increase. I'd like to stay in triple digits monthly increase overall, but again, for this rather slow month, this ain't too bad. More importantly, the course stays the same: steady increase!
SPORTS
Once again, my SPORTS Power growth was very consistent, almost same as last month with about 435k added to my stake, for a total around 12.3M. This stays below my 500k target, but it's a short month, and again a slow one, so no worries.
ALIVE
You guessed it, same trend for ALIVE Power. The growth was under 400AP for the first time though. The success of the We Are Alive Tribe makes it harder to get rewards, but that's also what makes it exciting, and of course what partly fuels the token price. We are still #AliveAndThriving and I'm glad to be part of this tribe.
DUNK
With the dunksocial tribe officially on stand-by, I'm dropping the DUNK token from my monthly report. I still get a few DUNK weekly through my LOLZ stake, but that's pretty much nothing. Maybe we will revisit someday if somehow the tribe is restarted in the future.
Targets
- At the current HIVE price, I don't think I can keep a 3HP dauly increase target, but 2.5HP is still a challenging enough target for this month.
- It's been a few months that I said I really have to resume my running/biking training. Well, it's still not happening. But when it does, I think the 500k SPORTS daily increase is reachable again. Let's go for it in March!
- Like I said, getting ALIVE is getting more challenging, but I would really like to stay around 400AP added to my stake monthly. I will for sure try in March!
- No DUNK target anymore obviously
- Still no target also on drip tokens, but they're all accumulating slowly (some very slowly), and I'll just keep an eye on them for the time being.
- LOLZ stake is growing faster than I thought. I was able to delegate more tokens for farming, and hopefully I can keep increasing my stake there. For now, I am just hoping my relative rank stays the same, so I can get similar dividends from it.
- Finally, just like the drip tokens, I keep a close eye on diesel pools. I have a few fractions of tokens in the pools. APRs are high, but so far the growth is slow and we're really talking about tiny amounts for now. So again, we will see later.
And that is it to conclude February. It was another slow and steady growth, just what I like to see!
