I see that my income for January is better than usual because of my new product. My financial condition has improved and I have more time to do other than work and rest. I'm grateful that I can achieve that this month. I don't know when will happen again but I'll do some unimportant thing to do like cutting my hair. It's unimportant at least for me, because I'm doing 90% of my daily life at home. Well, I changed my hairstyle today. I did it at Patriot Barbershop in Central Park Mall which cost me 160k IDR ~ US$10.14 for a haircut and hair shower. I don't know if it's cheap or pricey in another country because I don't know how the cost of a haircut in another country. In Indonesia especially Jakarta, Haircuts usually cost around 70k-200k IDR ~ US$4.44-$12.68 in a barbershop. That's the affordable price to look stylish when you meet someone or important clients.

After that, It's time to go meet my friend. Today, my friend has an appointment to survey 1.4 Billion IDR ~ US$88,746.61 apartments to 8 Billion IDR ~ US$507,123.50 townhouses. I've been invited to come along to see it too. When my friend sees me, she says that I look like Sakamoto from Sakamoto Desu Ga? with this new hairstyle. I think my hair was already kinda down when I met her cause I rode a motorcycle to the meeting place.

It's a beautiful day without so many cars and motorcycles there. I just can take a picture of a meeting place and the apartment from the front because they are so focused on information and price. It's kinda rude to go by myself and take a picture around while they look like doing a meeting rather than a place survey.

I also surveyed this 8 Million townhouse which is on the 10th floor of their parking garage that connected to the 10th floor of the apartment for all facilities that they served to residents. Sadly, there's a little rain when I visit that one. So, I take a picture from the brochure. There are 2.5-floor houses built on the top of it. It included a 2-floor house with a basement for up to 2 cars that connected to the 9th-floor parking garage.

In my opinion from what I'm looking at there, the place is too good to be true. It's surrounded by offices, 10-15 mins by car to the Mall that I usually come to, walk 500 meters and I find a bus stop, and 200 meters to enter the highway. With the strategic place, they are sure can make it pricey and it's worth it. I just don't have the money to afford it for now 😂.
Well, there's one type again that I found interesting but there's no picture that I captured. It's the apartment house (Ground Floor of the Gallery West Residence). It consists of a 1 or 2-floor apartment that is more like a house rather than an apartment. With the price of around 3 Billion IDR (5 Billion difference from the townhouse) equal to US$190,171.31, it's more spacious and easy to access the outside faster than the townhouse minus I need to park my car (if I have one) outside of the apartment or the parking garage rather than the private garage. Tho, their facilities (Gymnasium, Pool, and others) are mostly on the 10th floor of the apartment but I'm not interested in their facilities tbh. That place will surely be on my hunting list when I have money in the future.
