I truly hope we can move away from conferences and repurpose those funds towards beneficial causes that have a positive effect on the world, and will serve far more as a promotion of Hive.

Over time we'll see fewer conference sponsorships because we'll see more invitations to speak free of charge. We're already seeing these. There will still be some conferences where we absolutely must sponsor, but there will be more of a balance in how many of these vs the by invitation there are. We're also moving more into hackathons and getting people to actively build solutions. These are normally economical and beneficial to everyone.
