I the afternoon I participated in the 5km on the road without expectations but anyway starting at 3'50"/km I ended with an average of 3'45"/km on my watch.
Claudia finished the day with swimming the mile in 6'. Unfortunately quite far under the expectations of maintaining the pace needed for the minimum on the obstacles...
