I agree, mate. I've never powered down nor have I ever "sold off" the hive. In my view it's wrong! It works against us!

I've only ever powered down steem, and that was at the very end. Sometimes I even regret not powering all of that to hive as well at the time.... But I still think the purchases I made with all that steem were worth it! So I don't really lose sleep over it...much
