One is that when the team spends their work day in a positive mood, employees rarely quit. Even when wages are lower than competitors or the market. Even during periods of double workload, productivity doesn't drop in these groups.
Yep, and on the flipside, I've had more than one workplace ruined when new management came in and made it all a negative, terrible place to work. The difference between a happy work environment and a miserable work environment is HUGE.
