While I was thinking about to write about celebrating this community, I also thought in my mind that it would be nice for this to get as far to so many to know about this amazing community and also get to people who would subscribe and learn about my country Nigeria, the funny and dramatic country with so many stories to tell.
Yes, if you want to learn about the Nigerians, this community is just the right place to subscribe to and get the latest because the present subscribers don't fail in giving updates of our beloved country.
So with that in mind, I wish to celebrate this community through this opportunity given by @guiltyparties to celebrate communities You can also check out his post to celebrate your favorite community as well.
Okay, its not that I don't like the other communities or that I'm being partial but honestly, it's because I want to at least feel a sense of responsibility to this community's growth by promoting it in the way I can and here's one way I found, so what do you think? I can right?
For the records, I love to explore different communities on Hive and I've been doing that but this community (Hive Naija) stands out with the kind of posts I read from there. Some posts show me how amazing my country is aside the problems she's facing while some posts increase my knowledge on what I know about my country.
Hive Naija is a Nigeria based community created in January 2020 by @belemo and it has been in function till date with lots of contests, meetings, and even started physical meetups recently. Hive Naija is growing for sure and something to celebrate for. So here I am celebrating my country community.
Celebrating Hive Naija right now means promoting the community everywhere possible including outside Hive to bring people here. Hive Naija has proven to bring Nigerians together especially through telegram meeting which you can join if you want, this has brought about the recent meetups that I'm hoping I'll be part of soon.
Hive Naija community also encourages posts submitted to the community so long it's related to Nigeria or about its citizens. Hive Naija shows what our country is like, come join us to celebrate this amazing community.
So we have a Discord channel and a Twitter account where you can also get to read from us daily, you should join the channel and subscribe to the Twitter account.
The community has moderators who are doing their job really well because there is never a time I submit a post in the community and not get their attention even through comments... Hive Naija loves engagement as well, and the community never stops to teach on that and it can be very fun on Fridays to Saturdays thanks to @samostically 🙂
Some really amazing people in this amazing community is the creator @belemo the moderators @nonsowrites @mistakili and the members who are helping to grow this community in one way or the other in persons of @young-boss-karin @starstrings01 @josediccus @samostically @deraaa and a whole of others, sorry if I didn't mention your name... You are part of this great community as well and your efforts are appreciated.
