I can't believe it's August already; it feels like the summer only started a few weeks ago, but here we are on the final hurdle.
General Life
Life in general has been good, even if I've more or less withdrawn socially from people. I can probably count on one hand how many times I've met with friends over the whole summer.
Mainly, I've been spending time with Aimee, the Baby, and some close family. Other than that, I've been kind of just getting on with stuff, and throwing myself into some work I've got going, which is running alongside the normal job I have.
eBay has been going pretty good, so far I've made €120, and have had a few enquires about some other items; I'm also changing prices of items in order to gather more interest in certain items, and entice people to buy.
It's moving slow, but that doesn't really bother me, and thinking about it, maybe the summer time isn't the best time to sell fairly indoor activities like games. I'm assuming things will pick up much more in the winter when there isn't a lot going on, and people have more time indoors.
On With The Power-up
Today, I saw that I had 16,720HP, which is getting pretty damn close to my goal for the year.
My goal this year is to hit 20k by January, and if things go as they are, that won't be a problem.
I've got about 2,500 Hive, liquid currently, so decided to power up 80, so I could get to a nice even 16,800.
With that done, I'm pretty happy. I only need to earn 3,200 by January to hit my goal.
I'm going to keep my liquid Hive, liquid for now, but it's nice to know I have that there to reach my goals by the 1st of January.
Things have been going good here, as usual, it's just a shame that a bunch of other aspects of my life are in flux right now.
I'll push through it all though, and small accomplishments like this, will help me do so.
