I opted to alter my workout a little bit today because I felt like I needed to get my heart-rate up, both for the physical health benefits and the mental health benefits. So I took my usual workout, dropped the weight a little, and took only about 1 min rests between sets. It's not the sort of burn you'd get from a kickboxing lesson, or something like that, but it's something I'm able to do right now when I need it.
Today was NOT a good nutrition day. Completely binged on pizza for dinner AND had a slice of someone’s birthday cake at work. I’m blaming it on a stressful week, but still want to hold myself accountable . Ngl the pizza and cake were both delicious though lol just need to be more mindful about portions and stress eating. Created a recipe database and automated grocery list!!! I'm gonna ENJOY cooking this year. Also rearranged my office/ bed room. My place is on the tinier side, so this took a lot of tetris skills.
