Curiosity, in these calculations, you are not removing the normal powered hive inflation, right? If not, I would suggest for 2025, if it is not a big hassle to implement (as it might need more queries), to only count with actual power-up hive differential (which discards inflation). To do this, one would need to sum all power-ups with all power-downs (to avoid multiple counting).

This way, bigger accounts would be competing fairly against smaller accounts =)
