Every time I go on vacation, for two weeks (the real one, to switch off for those two weeks, no phone, no email...), I have a very difficult preparation week before the vacation, but I also have hell the week after the vacation.
the only good thing about that week when I come back from vacation is that I had a good rest, so complicated requests and tasks don't fall so hard on me.
But the week before vacation, hell...
