Just you saying these words shows how the players feel treated by the team. What team has 4 new proposals every week? After a couple of months, you simply can't cope with it. How do you base your strategies for the future if you have no idea how the future will look like? In the end it's a trust issue and people don't invest money where there is no trust...
Yes, changes are sometimes radical and unexpected and the lack of predictability doesn't help.
