On this #ThreeTuneTuesday I’m picking #Synthwave tunes from the 2010-2020 decade. It was quite a scene. Underground but quite a passionate scene. Went to a few Synthwave parties myself in Brooklyn in the mid Twenty Teens. It was something of a scene indeed. Retro AF eighties vibes! But it was original new music for most party. Cyber Punks and code heads who were into Bitcoin early mixed with random ass party people. Interesting to say the least! Most people first heard of this new music scene from the 2011 movie Drive and its Synthwave soundtrack.
