Ayer 18 de junio de 2024, me dirigí a un centro privado llamado Centro Clínico Virgen del Valle en Venezuela, Estado Sucre, Cumaná. Estando en ese lugar, hablé con el Dr. Vitelio Patiño, quien es un profesional muy reconocido en mi estado. Él me hizo una ecografía mamaria. Después de ocho meses de la última ya realizada por otro médico y otro centro privado. Donde lamentablemente se encontraron algunas irregularidades en mi seno izquierdo, donde hubo un hallazgo de una tumoración sólida, que es movible, pero que pierde su forma.
Yesterday, June 18, 2024, I went to a private center called Centro Clínico Virgen del Valle in Venezuela, Sucre State, Cumana. While there, I spoke with Dr. Vitelio Patiño, who is a very well known professional in my state. He performed a breast ultrasound. After eight months from the last one already performed by another doctor and another private center. Where unfortunately some irregularities were found in my left breast, where there was a finding of a solid tumor, which is movable, but loses its shape.
El doctor me sugiere hacer una biopsia para ver si la tumoración es benigna o maligna. Debo confesar que si da nervios y un poco de temor, pero debo ser responsable con mi salud y tengo que hacerme el procedimiento, para actuar y que se me aplique una solución al problema.
The doctor suggests a biopsy to see if the tumor is benign or malignant. I must confess that it does make me nervous and a little scared, but I must be responsible with my health and I have to have the procedure done, to act and to have a solution to the problem applied to me.
Cabe mencionar que no dispongo para realizarme el estudio antes mencionado. La cual tiene un costo solo la extracción de la muestra de 100 $. Luego, debo llevar la muestra para su posterior análisis a un patólogo, según pregunté, sale entre 40 $ y 50 $ y a eso se le añaden los costos de los exámenes de rutina más o menos 10 $ para que me puedan hacer el procedimiento. Por tal motivo, me dirijo para contar con su apoyo espiritual y monetario, ya que cada aporte suma.
It is worth mentioning that I do not have access to the above mentioned study. Which has a cost of only the extraction of the sample of $ 100.
