At times, I look at the amounts that I am earning on a daily basis and say to myself that these small amounts will never get me anywhere.
Then I remind myself that if I believed that my account growth would never have started growing in the first place. To truly grow your account, you must be comfortable with any amounts that are being added to the account balance as these will start to compound over time and get bigger and bigger.
There are some people that believe that if the amount is not large that you are getting that you should just give up and move on to another project. They pump money into projects and never give those same projects the time to produce before giving up and moving on.
I on the other hand believe that a project needs to be consistent in its growth even if it is small amounts on a daily basis as that shows that the project has potential. You should always give your projects to produce over a longer period of time before judging if that project is truly producing and up to your expectations.
Hive Target
Currently my goal is to reach 5,000 Hive Power then to become Dolphin. This week, I reached 2703 Hive Power, an increase of 20 from last week. 20 Hive Power is not a very large amount but I have found that it has grown little by little over the time I have been on the Hive Platform.
Not always in a straight line. There have been peaks and valleys along the way but the account has always kept growing even by the smallest amount.
Hive Platform Value
Last week, I added the Hive Buzz Platform value ranking to my report as it shows a different view of where I stand overall on the Hive Platform. The Overall Ranking is based on a total of the four previous columns: Hive, HP, HBD, HBD Savings.
I thought this would provide a more wholistic picture of my value on the Hive Platform. I was correct except this week provided to show me that the price of Hive and HBD play a large role in this ranking based on your accounts distribution between the two.
It shows that I am ranked 4794, an increase of 43 positions from last week's 4837 ranking. It is basically my ranking of both liquid and staked Hive and HBD. I would assume since my ranking is a lot lower in the overall ranking than in the staked Hive and HBD rankings that there are more Hive Platfom users that have their Hive or HBD in liquid form so they can take advantage of price moments either on or off the Hive Platform.
Hive Power Ranking
Comparing my HiveBuzz Hive Power ranking week over week, helps me understand where I stand compared to others on the Hive Platform that stake their Hive. This week I moved up in the rankings to 3468 from 3484 last week. A 16 position increase in ranking. I am thankful for any progress that I make week over week.
HBD Savings Ranking
I add 1 HBD each week to help grow my savings. I am getting closer each week to earning 1 HBD per month. To start earning that amount, I will need 60 HBD in my savings.
Currently I have 50 HBD in my savings. I will reach 60 in around 9 weeks if you consider the reinvested monthly interest received into the calculation.
I also look at my HBD Savings Ranking on HiveBuzz. This week I moved up 12 positions in rank to 2178 from 2190. Even by adding 1 HBD each week, my relative position to others is only changing by a very small amount. Small additions can add up to large amounts given enough time.
Hive Received Rewards
This week, my author rewards and curation rewards were basically flat week over week. Each week is different from day to day so I was very surprised to see the weekly result being so close to last weeks.
My Author Rewards dropped to 28.63 HP ($10.61) with Curation Rewards of 3.62 HP ($1.34) as compared to last weeks amounts of 28.67 HP ($9.43) with Curation Rewards of 3.85 HP ($1.27).
I was having issues pulling all of my graphs, the screen kept blanking out on me prior to me getting my screen shot so I got the longer view growth chart from PeakD dashboard. All of the detail I usually share is not show but the graph does show the growth over time which is my main focus.
EVER FORWARD!!!
