It is a good replacement for cream in the cakes. Cream and Milk causes asthma for me very badly so have no choice but to avoid it. The almond is creamy but not too sweet. The perfect compliment to use making cakes. Im not a cake maker myself, it was by my wife. She makes the kids cakes each year and it was Superheroes this time. 1 part was superman :)
