I bought a bunch of cards which are inactive since I lack citizens, not to mention the 12k SIM I wasted on NFTMart trying to mint cards, so far I haven't got any luck with this game.

Hey mate, better sell the citizen cards if you don't use it, because they have a lifetime and could be a dead citizen
Not citizens, just a bunch of buildings and stuff I saw and went "oh that is nice" but I need to get more 160ish workers to activate them all. If I understood correctly I need to wait to get lucky with getting young citizens and wait for I don't know how long until they become students.
