There has been different kind of disease in poultry farm business and it's one of the reasons why people find poultryfarm business so risky. Among the diseases in poultry farm is Newcastle disease, bursal disease, coccidiosis, pox and so many more but today I will be discussing about leg problem in poultry birds which is mostly common with broilersbird.

Just like I said earlier that overweight is one of the major reason that leads to leg problem in broilersbird and overfeeding is what leads to overweight. Do in lieu of this, it is very important to reduce the feed intake to overcome leg problem.

And moreso, practicing good and quality management in terms of biosecurity, good litters, lighting program, proper ventilation can also help to minimize leg problem in broilersbird.

Provision of calcium supplement to the birds, either in drinking water or their feed will help to maintain strong bone formation and reduce the issue of leg problem.
