Appreciate, Shout Out, And Make Recommendations

Our nation is moving forward. Yes! I’m not saying it with respect to your country or my country alone. I'm saying this to all the countries of the world: our nations are moving forward. There may be some economic problems around. There may be insecurity challenges. There may be wars, terrorism and kidnapping. No matter what our nation could be facing at the moment, we should understand that those are still the processing fire. We shall have the countries of our dreams. I believe in Nigeria. Believe in your country.

The road in the cover image is that of a major road is Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. That is Unity Road. On this road, there are several institutional buildings and structures like banks, schools, telecommunication offices and many commercial centers. This road used to be bad but the government just fixed it up. The present government picked up the project and rehabilitated the road. Now the traffic flows freely. That is a good work from our government.

Appreciate The Good Efforts

Yes, we know that governments these days are corrupt. They care little about the masses. All their concerns are what will put some gain in their pockets. Many of them steal and loot from the government treasury.

Despite all these, when they put any good thing down, let us appreciate them. Appreciation is a good virtue. Let us not always and only complain. When there is a need to say ‘Thank you’ and ‘Well done’, let us do so.

Shout Out

Making our minds known is not a crime. Voicing out our feelings is good. Not every policy and every decision of the government is good for us. We will not keep quiet and swallow the wrong pills. Voice out and shout out when there are policies that are anti-people.

Make Recommendations

Shouting and talking alone will not make any difference. There should be positive contributions and recommendations from us. While blaming the wrong policies of the government, making suggestions and positive contributions will help in the building.
