I was telling someone the same that water just needs to be purified or treated and we are good to go. Saying one water is bad or not good enough based on advert from water companies is hilarious. In it all, one type of water that still sparks debate is alkaline water (is water meant to be alkaline and why do companies producing this type of water need to sell a narrative that it is fighting acid in the body making it look like acids are bad completely whereas we need certain acids in our body including folic acid)
