We have a similar plan but only around the US.

Thanks Zac, our Monday was and still is great. Tomorrow we go from hubbies dad where we stayed until now to his mums… for about 4 days. So new adventures 😁

They separated long ago and are both remarried 20 something years ago.
So we have extra visits each time 😎

That is the normal outcome after a separation. I never knew my father and he never contributed towards our upbringing, only to find out that he re-married and that they had 5 sons. My mom only remarried after all of us were out of the house and my gran had died. A few years after she re-married, she was killed in a car accident.
Such is life.

I know… such is life.
My own mum remarried and I am from her second marriage. Meaning I have somewhere 3 half brothers in their 70ties or close to 70. My mum is 89 already.
So I know 🤓

Sheez! What a co-incidence. So you also have some step-brothers walking around somewhere.
The eldest one of my lot came to visit me once after my father's funeral in 1982, and that was it. Never saw or had contact with any of them again.
Great that you also know!

I know… so many similarities and we discover more 🤓 very interesting.
One of them I met and have seen over the years. The other 2 never. I wouldn’t know them if I would meet them on the streets.

Thanks a lot Zac, I had a good day so far.
Managed to post my Wednesday walk before heading out for another walk with family. About a Norman 13th century castle.
Then we went out for lunch and a long walk after.
Now back and resting…
