Greetings Buskerian friends and this fine Rising Star community. I hope everyone is having a nice morning, or evening depending on where you are reading me from. 😅. Friends this day I decided to come back to bring you my usual card recommendation, I'm sure more than one of you want to buy new cards today. Well I am sure that this section will be useful for that purpose. In addition as usual I also bring you some musical news that at the same time make a recommendation, as I have already told you in some previous occasions here I also recommend the song. With this in mind let's begin.

Today, unlike the last few days, I want to talk to you about a Spanish song, so most probably many of you don't know it. That's why I think the song in question is good for this community, because it is not so well known. Well, I won't give you any more detours because I know I get lost quickly. I am talking about the song Ya te olvidé by the singer who is very well known here in Spain, Yuridia. The thing is that this song is turning just today 13 years and 26 days since its release, which is quite a lot considering that it was released since 2011. So many things have happened since then, right. That's why I'm a little surprised that it's still as current as it was back then.
The truth you know is that I didn't know this song in 2011 when it was released. In those days, at least where I lived, having access to the internet was not as common as it is now. For us that was very difficult. It wasn't easy to get modern music online, let alone buy songs, so I missed out on a lot of releases at the time. It wasn't until 2017 that I was able to listen to this song. Especially since that's when in my country internet access was a bit expanded and I was able to see it on youtube. In fact today it is still difficult to have internet access even today, as it is very slow. We were really unlucky, 😅.
For those who don't remember it or simply don't know it, I'll give you a brief context. I say this because I am sure that not many people here have seen it. Especially because of the language barrier. This song came out in 2011 as I told you, but it was not a 100% original song. Because the original version of this song was released much further back. It was created by Roció Durcal, maybe it sounds familiar to you from somewhere because that singer is from the classic decade of Spanish music. Then in 2011 Yuridia remixed it but very much in her own way and it feels almost as if it were an original song. At least I personally like Yuridia's version better. By the way, as a final piece of information in this context, the song was not released alone, but is part of an album, Para Mí I think it is called.
I think it's time to talk about the song itself and its lyrics. First of all I want to tell you that this is my interpretation of the lyrics. Maybe for some of you it means something different. Haber is a song that talks about leaving behind someone who hurt you. If we look at it from the point of view of love we can say that it is a kind of a story about the freedom you feel when you finally manage to let go of that pain that has tied you down for so long, you know when you are with a person who has hurt you for years and then after having put up with all that he leaves you. The meaning simply put is that we must recognize that sometimes you have to face the darkness in order to appreciate it from a distance. There are phrases in the song that make me think of those moments when you finally accept that the negative part of the situation no longer has power over you. It can be seen as a wake-up call that problems are not eternal, and that there comes a time when you realize that you no longer have that burden on your shoulders.
In fact I think we can all in a way draw some lesson from this song. For example, I would say that it is the need to learn to let go of what no longer serves us. It is not always easy because many times we cling to situations, people or even things that no longer contribute anything good to our lives just for fear of facing the unknown. That is why the song does well to emphasize that we create power over those things when we really recognize that it is no longer part of us.
So my dear friends it is time for you to hear the song for yourselves. That's why I'm going to leave you the link to the Youtube video. The video is very nice too and I think it complements perfectly with the song, as it tries to look like a certain freedom in a forest. I leave it for you, by the way below is the recommendation for today.
