After I finished going through the hundred songs provided by Spotify that I listened to the most in the last year, I have thought of adding songs of my choice from my "Like" list that has more than 1000 songs. The last song I talked about in my last post was: Take The Red Pill: Billy Korg and Winkandwoo
Happy Turtles: The Turtles
My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Happy Together of the group The Turtles. Today I was going through some playlist I have called “Classics”, where I have songs from artists like America, Frank Sinatra, Aerosmith, Elvis Presley, Laura Branigan and Michael Jackson. I think I've talked about a lot of songs from all those artists, so I scrolled down to the bottom and came up with several songs that Spotify was recommending by genre, so I started listening to some of them until I found this one. I really knew this song from having listened to it many times, but I didn't know the name of the song and also the name of the band I created. I was making memory and I remembered that this song appeared in one of the scenes of the famous series “The Boys”.
The Turtles is a rock band from the United States, California. It was founded in the 1960s with the following members: Howard Kaylan (vocals), Mark Volman (backing vocals), Al Nichol (lead guitar), Jim Tucker (rhythm guitar), Chuck Portz (bass), Don Murray (drums). Their biggest hit was Happy Together, which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a song that transcended the world.
Before giving the winner of this night's drawing. The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application. However, the application didn't always work, so this time we will be using a Discord bot that is in charge of returning a winner from among all the comments on a Hive post.
