Photographing a rooster [Eng/Esp]

Taking pictures of animals is something I like very much and most of the time I like to do it of cats or cats, which are usually the home animals and that you can find anywhere, but a couple of weeks ago I visited an aunt and she has several animals, including one that is the protagonist of these photographs, a very large rooster that certainly caught my attention both for its tranquility, as for the colors of its plumage, so without further ado, I hope you like these pictures as much as I do.

El hacer fotografías a los animales es algo que me gusta mucho y en la mayoría de ocasiones me gusta hacerlo de gatos o gatos, que suelen ser los animales hogareños y que puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar, pero hace un par de semanas visité a una tía y ella tiene varios animales, entre ellos uno que es el protagonista de estas fotografías, un gallo muy grande que sin duda llamó mi atención tanto por su tranquilidad, como por los colores de su plumaje, así que sin más que agregar, espero que estas fotografías les gusten tanto como a mí.

While I was editing these pictures, I couldn't help remembering that science has always mentioned that chickens are the evolution of tyrannosaurs and it makes me laugh to think how such a big animal ended up becoming such a small one. I should mention that at least this rooster does look quite imposing, so imagining it bigger than a human being does generate some tension to the situation, haha. This rooster is quite obedient, so I dared to take the pictures without much fear, but keeping a quite considerate distance so as not to bother him in the process.

Mientras editaba estas fotografías, no pude evitar recordar que la ciencia siempre ha mencionado que las gallinas son la evolución de los tiranosaurios y me genera cierta gracia pensar el cómo un animal tan grande terminó convirtiéndose en uno tan pequeño. Igual debo mencionar que al menos este gallo sí se ve bastante imponente, por lo que imaginarlo de un tamaño mayor al de un ser humano, sí que genera cierta tensión a la situación, jaja. Este gallo es bastante obediente, por lo cual me atreví a tomar las fotografías sin mucho temor, pero teniendo una distancia bastante considerada para no incomodarle en el proceso.

For these photographs the editing style I only tried to highlight a little more the colors of the rooster, which from the beginning I found very interesting, but they looked a little opaque in the photograph compared to reality, so I tried to take it to the way it was that I saw it in person. The editing was quite simple, some small corrections of lights and shadows and the rest if I tried to keep it as original as possible, but I also tried to give more detail to the photograph, because I really feel that there were many striking details, especially in the eye and feathers of the rooster.

Para estas fotografías el estilo de edición solo intenté resaltar un poco más los colores del gallo, los cuales desde un principio ya me parecían muy interesantes, pero se veían un poco opacos en la fotografía a comparación con la realidad, por lo que intenté llevarlo a tal cual fue que lo vi en persona. La edición fue bastante sencilla, algunas pequeñas correcciones de luces y sombras y lo demás si intenté mantenerlo lo más original posible, pero también intenté dar más detalle a la fotografía, porque realmente siento que hubo muchos detalles llamativos, sobre todo en el ojo y en las plumas del gallo.
