I continue to share with you the photographs I took during my photographic adventure in the mountains of Táchira State in Venezuela.
At this point, we were already returning home. On the way back, we passed through a very beautiful pine forest. The air was filled with the scent of the pines, which was fresh and invigorating.

Continúo compartiendoles las fotografías que tomé durante mi aventura fotográfica en las montañas del Estado Táchira en Venezuela.
En este punto ya ibamos de regreso a casa, en el camino de regreso pasamos atraves de un bosque de pinos que era muy hermoso, el aire estaba lleno del aroma de los pinos, que era fresco y revitalizante.
But something unexpected happened. The road was downhill and quite steep, and the car's brakes began to heat up a lot and we smelled burnt. We had to stop to inspect and, to our surprise, smoke was coming out of the car's brakes. So we had to wait there for a while until the brakes cooled down.
It turns out that without realizing it, we stopped in a very beautiful and quite photogenic place. So I grabbed my camera and started taking pictures while we waited.
Pero algo inesperado pasó. La carretera era pura bajada y bastante empinada, y los frenos del carro se comenzaron a calentar mucho y percibimos un olor a quemado. Tuvimos que detenernos a inspeccionar y, para nuestra sorpresa, estaba saliendo humo de los frenos del carro. Así que tuvimos que esperar allí durante un rato hasta que los frenos se enfriaran.
Resulta que sin darnos cuenta nos detuvimos en un lugar muy lindo y bastante fotogénico. Así que agarré mi cámara y empecé a hacer fotos mientras esperábamos.
The road alongside the surrounding trees created a beautiful scene. The ground was covered with a foliage of brown leaves that reminded me of autumn. I wanted to lie down on the ground and take a picture to do something different.
La carretera junto a los árboles de los alrededores creaban un escenario hermoso. El suelo estaba cubierto por un follaje de hojas marrones que me recordaban al otoño. Quise acostarme en el suelo y tomarme una foto para hacer algo diferente.
My cousin was smoking a cigarette while we waited, so I took advantage of the moment to take some pictures of him.
Mi primo se estaba fumando un cigarro mientras esperabamos aproveché el momento para hacerle unas fotos:
After a while, the brakes cooled down and we were able to continue our journey.
Despite the problems, the experience had been positive. I had learned to be more careful when driving in the mountains. I had also discovered a new, beautiful place to photograph.
Después de un tiempo, los frenos se enfriaron y pudimos continuar nuestro viaje.
A pesar de los problemas, la experiencia había sido positiva. Había aprendido a ser más precavido al conducir en montañas. También había descubierto un nuevo lugar hermoso para fotografiar.
