I just arrived back home after the travels. Been on the go for 2 full days… 🚗🚂✈️🚂🚗 in this order hahaha and all of them were delayed. Luckily I had time in between to catch the next one.
Now I hope to catch up on all… settle in, in the rhythm here. Maybe the nights are getting darker… will find out. Seems like summer is over. Rain and cold weather… funnily I look at our forest and see some yellow trees. It can’t be the start of autumn yet (I hope)

Oh that is wonderful to hear. Good you didn’t need to get doctors involved. Hope by now you are fully 100%.

And the weekend is over, again! I travelled to my fiance a bit so I also have some travels behind me! I am glad that your delays did not cause too much trouble!

Oh my, I am already feeling the change of seasons as well. Funny how we experience the opposite ends of the seasons! The cold winter is making me a little bit tired!

Thats wonderful. Hope you are enjoying the time with your fiancé. It is hard so far apart…

It is indeed funny, the seasons being the opposite. Guess what. I have darkness at night now. Woohhooooo finally. The sun does come up at 4 now. So still only for a little while. Bit i notice the nights are really stretching.

Winter is always doing that. Making one tired and hunker down inside…

Winter is also the best time for stews and soups! So there is some benefit from the cold haha.

Oh my, I cannot even begin to imagine the problem of so much sunlight. My body does not shutdown when it is not completely dark. Even with some light coming through the curtains, I am wide awake. I am glad that the night time is increasing, even if only slowly!

Yep, my favourite dishes for the winter 😃

Lets say I haven’t slept much. Even with darkening curtains, there is always light. Last night for a fist it got completely dark at night. With the rainy days lately it makes it extra dark. So my body is much happier now.

The funny think about sleep is that when your body gets used to something it really does not want to give it up. I know when I wake up at 5 am or so two days in a row, I am almost guaranteed to wake up the next day without an alarm at 5 am. Strange thing this body!

I hope the rain is pleasant and leads to good soup and freshly baked bread. Enjoy!

Yes hahaha the body does get i to a bad rhythm very quickly.

We had some nice souls with baguettes 🥖

Luckily, I have travelled a bit north to visit my fiance in her home town and it is much warmer here! Almost summer temperatures in winter. So for the moment, I am actually doing very well!

I hope the weather is fine on that side as well! Enjoy!

Oh that is great when the temperatures there are so much better.

Here it is cooling down quickly. Next week the night temperatures are going as low as 6 degrees Celsius. It should be summer but is already autumn. The leaves are turning and falling off the trees. 🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂
