I woke up today with a big desire to see colours and so, I searched through my RAW files from this December for some photos whose colour bed was diverse enough to satisfy my creative expectations for today...
📷 01 | "COLOUR DRAMA IN THE CAR WORKSHOP" | 35mm | 1/1250s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
📷 02 | "CHROMATIC WINDOW LITHOGRAPHY" | 35mm | 1/500s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
📷 03 | "ALTERED SPACE-TIME" | 100mm | 1/125s | f/3.5 | ISO 800
I have a lot of photos of this type in my archives. I also often share some of these photos in street-themed posts here on #Hive. This is a very intuitive type of photography and requires a certain ability to "observe in detail and find the exceptional in everyday things"... As you know my "photographic territory" is pretty much limited to the streets of my village and its rural surroundings (yes, I'm a bit of a "maniac-pseudo-hermit" with a camera 😂😜) so this forces me to go one step further at all times when it comes to taking my photos.
📷 04 | "CLOTHESLINE ANARCHY" | 100mm | 1/500s | f/4.5 | ISO 500
📷 05 | "KIOSK LINES AND SHAPES" | 35mm | 1/1000s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
📷 06 | "AN EXAMPLE OF UNEXPECTED CUBISM" | 35mm | 1/2500s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
Did I tell you that between 2004 and 2007 I spent several times on a psychologist's couch? Well, I did it at the "suggestion" of the human resources department of a company where I worked as an IT Manager (in fact they almost threatened to fire me and sue me if I didn't agree)... This happened because of my constant outbursts of temper, aggressiveness and "obsessive compulsive working"... Well, after several sessions and long behavioural therapies, one of the things I ended up doing was taking pictures... So I do this more or less because: "At some point in my past life, I was a crazy aggressive person and needed some kind of activity to relax"... 😂😜
📷 07 | "TAZ AND TWO HORSES ON CESAR'S TABLE" | 35mm | 1/250s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
📷 08 | "ANOTHER VERSION OF THE PCV'S RED ROOSTER" | 35mm | 1/2000s | f/2.5 | ISO 100
📷 09 | "IN LINA'S KITCHEN" | 100mm | 1/250s | f/4.5 | ISO 500
Anyway, this is my photo post today for you here at #Hive and I'm glad I've transferred some of my "obsessive compulsive" disorder to this photo taking thing, as it's definitely much better than assaulting people trapped inside an office in a company (it's been a long time since then and I've changed a lot since then too)...
📷 10 | "AFTER CHRISTMAS" | 100mm | 1/1000s | f/5.5 | ISO 500
📷 11 | "FORGETFULNESS AT FELIX'S WINDOW" | 100mm | 1/1000s | f/5.5 | ISO 500
📷 12 | "NEAR DISRUPTION" | 100mm | 1/1250s | f/5.5 | ISO 500
THE INEVITABLE MONOCHROME VERSIONS!
And obviously, all these drama and complexity-laden photos deserve to be shared in monochrome versions as well!... So here are all of these for you!... (please CLICK on the photos to enlarge) 😊
