Greetings friends.
Today I want to share with you a second version of the series of photos that I took from the obelisk viewpoint, this time in color. Almost every time I take photos in a single place I try to have two parts so I can appreciate it in a broader way, although I made an exception with the first shot. I'm quite attracted to lines and I find them more interesting in black and white.
That man walking along the pedestrian crossing is in harmony with the lines, I think.
These are the stairs that give us access to go up to this small viewpoint, I also took a photo down, there is a booth selling tickets for the city bus.
This is the Plaza de la República, a small place to take a break, sit down and share a chat with someone, walk and also enjoy the view, the obelisk and this city attraction. Coincidentally, at this moment the city bus was passing. It was empty, most of the time it is full of tourists on the roof of the bus.
After taking some photos towards 9 de Julio Avenue, the obelisk and this part of the area, I took others from the other side. Before going up to the viewpoint, on the stairs there is a wine store and another gastronomic place with many Coca Cola umbrellas.
I took other photos of the Marriott hotel, a famous luxury hotel very close to the obelisk.
Today is a very calm day here, today there is a transport strike due to political and economic issues, so a certain part of the people in the city do not work, After several days of hard work I have a short break to rest. It's also a good idea to go for a walk and look for some moments, details and attractions to portray. I hope you are having a good day friends :)
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
