what I do to reduce stress - Kiss 103

Good morning my beautiful people of this great community, this is a good topic, and I am happy to participate in this week blog idea.

Stress can come in any form, and mostly we just find ourselves grounded by stress without a reason, but if at any time, I find out that I am being stressed, I do two things to keep myself out of it and that is drinking of a cup of water and listening to my favorite music.

Water is life, we can not stay a day without drinking of water, to be sincere, people drink more water than they consumed food, for me, I can not go on a journey without grabbing a plastic water with me in the journey because I will surely needs to drink water.

There was a day, I went to farm, and this farm is somehow far from our home, I was accompany by my sister, and when we got to the farm, my sister didn't know how he kept the water inside the rubber, she placed it on a hill, so while we were removing the stick's from the ground so that planting can be done favorably, we didn't had an idea that the waters has pour on the ground.

So, by the time I came to where she placed it, because I wanted to have some water, i find out that the rubber was empty without some water inside it, therefore, started from that moment, I was tired of the work, because I felt the need of drinking water and it was not accessible.

My sister didn't knew what had happened, so when I told her about it, she was surprised, it was our planned to finish removing the sticks that fire could not burnt so well on the farm, but because of how stressful we were for not drinking water, we managed to finished half of the work and we leave to the house.

Immediately I get home, I took a bathe, the fresh water that was washing me, makes me to realized how stressed I was when I was in the farm.

Then I took a cup of water and I was able to behave myself, water makes me overcome stressed, but aside of that, I also see myself rocking out of stress when I am listening to music.

I am someone who can not stay a day without playing a song on my mp3, infact, some people who lives close to us, signified me as a music lover, therefore, music help me to overcome stress in the sense that, no matter what I may be feeling inside my heart, when once I listened to music, I would not have that feelings anymore all over me, but I will be filed with excitement.

Anything that is stressing us make us to be tired, and other things that do not brings tiredness, push us happiness, so what I do is that, if I noticed I am feeling something that is trying to make me stress, I would go and find my mp3, and I would put on a song, it must be those song's I like, from then henceforth, my mood is going to change to something exciting.

I'm going to try drinking a lot of water when I feel very stressed. First time I read about someone doing that. Thanks for the tip 💫💫.

Music helps me a lot too but what calms me even more is nature.

Cold water can be calming after a long day at work. I do this sometimes when I'm stressed and hot.

Music is one of the perfect therapies toward stress, and so is taking in water or listening to the sound of the sea. It is very interesting to see.

This is the second time I am gonna read about this water therapy and I am definitely going to try it out.

Water indeed is life and I don't doubt it one bit if it can be used to reduce stress
