Hola a todos en este nuevo martes, día de la mejor iniciativa musical de todo Hive: Three Tune Tuesday, del amigo @ablaze, que ya alcanza la edición número 158. Si algo innegablemente excepcional en este mundo es la música de los 80’s, aunque claro, hay muy buena música en décadas previas y décadas posteriores, creo que en los 80’s debe haber ocurrido una explosión cósmica de creatividad y excelencia, que hicieron de esa época única. Y para ilustrar lo genial que fue la música de ese entonces, hoy he querido compartir con ustedes Tres canciones de amor… y todas de los 80’s .
Hello everyone on this new Tuesday, day of the best musical initiative in all of Hive: Three Tune Tuesday, by friend @ablaze, which has already reached its 158th edition. If there is something undeniably exceptional in this world, it is the music of the 80's, although, of course, there is very good music in previous decades and later decades, I think that in the 80's a cosmic explosion of creativity and excellence must have occurred, which made that era unique. And to illustrate how great the music of that time was, today I wanted to share with you: Three love songs… and all from the 80's.
Estas canciones de hoy, para mí son poderosas, especiales, preciosas, y si bien las conocí en los 80’s, no necesariamente me sentí identificada con ellas en ese preciso momento, sino un poquito después, pero igualmente me encantaban, y no dejaba de oírlas y tararearlas, (y aún hoy lo hago). Y bueno, ahora que lo pienso, mi vida entera ha sido así, ha estado sumergida en la música día tras día, ya sea de forma directa o indirecta, bien sea oyendo y comprando música, oyendo radio, yendo a conciertos, cantando (para un público bien reducido, pequeñito), disfrutando y amando la música. Dicho esto, veamos mis canciones del #ttt de hoy.
These songs today, for me, are powerful, special, beautiful, and although I knew them in the 80's, I didn't necessarily feel identified with them at that precise moment, but a little later, but I loved them anyway, and I couldn't stop listening to them and hum them, (and I still do it today). And well, now that I think about it, my entire life has been like that, it has been immersed in music day after day, whether directly or indirectly, either listening and buying music, listening to the radio, going to concerts, singing (for an audience well reduced, very small), enjoying and loving music. That being said, let's look at my #ttt songs today.

La primera canción que traigo es del año 1985, el mismo año en que se estrenó la estupenda película “Volver al futuro”, un año muy especial, y se trata de la preciosa “The Search Is Over”, de la banda estadounidense Suvivor, que para más señas, es la misma que interpretó varios temas de la saga de Rocky, la película protagonizada por Sylvester Stallone. Esta canción me gusta, porque la melodía es absolutamente ochentera y la voz del cantante es espectacular, transmite todo el sentimiento que implica el haber encontrado el verdadero amor, aún cuando antes no lo habías valorado del todo. Aquí les comparto el video de una presentación en vivo, en Japón y un pedacito de letra, ajá, yo sé que no es bueno incluir la letra de las canciones en estos posts, pero es que si no las coloco, no apreciarán lo preciosas que son todas, empezando por esta.

La siguiente canción es la hermosa y enérgica “Livin' On A Prayer ”, de la legendaria banda estadounidense Bon Jovi. Esta canción es del año 1986, y además de ser maravillosa a nivel musical, destacando la intervención del gran Richie Sambora en la guitarra y en el talk box, y la voz de Jon Bon Jovi que suena estupenda, también la letra refleja el drama que muchas parejas jóvenes enfrentan, y es el tener que sobrevivir ante las dificultades y limitaciones económicas, problemas que en pocos años me tocó experimentar a mí al lado de mi primer esposo, de allí que después me identificara mucho con esta canción. The flame - Cheap Trick 1988
Cerrando mi trilogía de hoy, compartiré la bella “The Flame”, de la banda, (también estadounidense), Cheap Trick, la cual fue lanzada en el año 1988, y esta canción representa uno de los sentimientos más tristes que se pueden experimentar, y es el despecho, el desamor, o como se dice en Venezuela “el guayabo”. Es una canción que oí por primera vez en la radio, y que formó parte de my playlist personal tiempo después, en uno de esos desencuentros amorosos, que son bien difíciles de superar a menos que los soportes con música. Hoy día la oigo y ya no siento tristeza, pero sí disfruto de ella, de su estupenda calidad musical, ya que la guitarra, la batería destacan por su belleza, y el vocalista de la banda hace una gran interpretación, además su letra es hermosamente triste, (si es que esto puede existir). Closing my trilogy today, I will share the beautiful “The Flame”, by the band, (also American), Cheap Trick, which was released in 1988, and This song represents one of the saddest feelings that can be experienced, and it is spite, heartbreak, or as they say in Venezuela “the guayabo.” It's a song that I heard for the first time on the radio, and that was part of my personal playlist some time later, in one of those love disagreements, which are very difficult to overcome unless you support them with music.
