It's Tuesday and for many Hivers who love music, it's a day to share some tunes, recommend and play to listen. I've been listening to some really cool songs recently that I thought I should join in #ttt to share a few of them today. I am one of those who enjoys songs from movies I see and have them downloaded but I'll be sharing three that aren't from any movie but from one artist I've come to love.
There are some songs that grabs my attention either through a cover I saw or on clips. These songs are old but I got reminded of her songs through a cover I saw here on the blockchain, a friend did one of her songs and I loved it totally.
So without wasting any more of your time, check out the three songs I have to share today... Three tunes from one artist, Dido.

White Flag By Dido
This isn't the first of her songs I've heard but it was the song that reminded me of Dido and her songs. A Hive friend did a really nice cover of this song and I was surprised to know that Dido was the original artist of the song when I've only known her to be the artist of one song I know. Well, it was so refreshing to listen to this song and got to know more of her songs.
"White Flag" is a song about heartbreaks and I must say her use of words in this song is unique if you listen closely to the lyrics. And I think this is one of the few songs I've known that didn't sing the title in the song at all but the title is perfect for the message it sends. I love the beat and repetition of chorus in this song.
Life For Rent By Dido
The very first song of hers I got to know her for, Life For Rent and if I'm not mistaken from all my analysis, this is the best of Dido for me. The message the song holds, the calmness and how well she sings made this song my favourite from her collection.
I can't even believe I'm yet to sing a cover of this song but I plan to, I have it in my playlist so it won't be long before I share a cover of it.
Thank You By Dido
And the last one I'd love to recommend for two reasons I came up with while listening to it, the lyrics that is full of appreciation which kinda fits well into the new year vibes and all. I always love songs about appreciation as it gives me more words to say thank you. The other reason is the history I have with this song. I've once listened to an old song that took a part of this song's rhythm to make a rap song and I loved it.
This song is helping me relive the old days with that rap song and I'm even more happy that Dodo is the artist behind this song, I also plan to make a cover of this one.
These songs are worth recommending for your listening, learning and enjoyment and as for me, I'll simply just enjoy the beauty of Dido in her songs and learn it well enough for covers share. Tune in for these tunes and let me know what you think.
