Ayer tuve un día increíble, además de extenso, lo mejor es que fue realmente productivo. Estuve en el instituto, atendí a los alumnos de forma regular en tres bloques horarios, que sirvieron para repasar la teoría y realizar algunos ejercicios prácticos. Lo mejor del día estaba previsto para las horas de la tarde, así que después de salir tocaba ir a superar las expectativas que tenía para el día.

Yesterday I had an incredible day, besides extensive, the best thing is that it was really productive. I was at the high school, I attended the students on a regular basis in three time blocks, which served to review the theory and perform some practical exercises. The best part of the day was planned for the afternoon hours, so after leaving it was time to go and exceed the expectations I had for the day.

Me invitaron al evento de Solana All Stars, por tanto, tuve que dirigirme al lado oeste de la ciudad donde estaba programada la actividad. Dio tiempo de pasar por el centro comercial metrópolis, en donde la fecha coincidió para un evento deportivo programado para los miembros de estas instalaciones.

I was invited to the Solana All Stars event, so I had to head to the west side of the city where the activity was scheduled. I had time to stop by the metropolis mall, where the date coincided for a sporting event scheduled for the members of this facility.

Un grupo de spinning se presentó para realizar una demostración de sus movimientos y todo lo relacionado con su actividad deportiva. Varios profesores se dieron la tarea de realizar sus rutinas, sin embargo, la que más me llamo la atención es la profesora que les muestro en fotografías. La energía que imprime en su máquina fue de admirar, mantuvo a la audiencia emocionada y lista para ejecutar cada movimiento.

A spinning group showed up to demonstrate their movements and everything related to their sport. Several teachers were given the task of performing their routines, however, the one that caught my attention the most was the teacher that I show you in pictures. The energy she put into her machine was to be admired, she kept the audience excited and ready to execute each movement.

La música es parte de este genial deporte, así que no podía faltar, energética, actual y con el poder justo para que sientas la necesidad de mover tu cuerpo, mantenerte activo y dispuesto a alcanzar cualquier meta que te propongas.

Music is part of this great sport, so it could not be missing, energetic, current and with the right power to make you feel the need to move your body, keep you active and ready to achieve any goal you set.

Disfruté gran parte de la dinámica, los estudiantes estaban conformados por atletas de varias contexturas, edades y género. Me llamo la atención bastante, la participación de una señora bastante mayor y fue la sensación, pues, cubrió todo el recorrido de principio a fin con la mejor disposición posible. Fue genial verla, demasiado inspiradora.

I enjoyed most of the dynamics, the students were made up of athletes of various builds, ages and gender. I was very impressed by the participation of a very old lady and she was the sensation, because she covered the whole course from start to finish with the best possible disposition. It was great to see her, very inspiring.

Siempre me ha llamado la atención de este deporte, en realidad el ciclismo, esta es una réplica que involucra más el pensamiento, la concentración mental, el enfoque, la imaginación. Desde que tuve ese primer contacto fui atraído por la intensidad que se coloca en cada pedaleo, en cada acción de un grupo muscular. Es bastante exigente y para lograr llegar se requiere imperiosamente vencer el cansancio físico, por lo que la mente debe jugar un papel protagonista en todo momento.

I have always been attracted to this sport, actually cycling, this is a replica that involves more thinking, mental concentration, focus, imagination. Since I had that first contact I was attracted by the intensity that is placed in each pedaling, in each action of a muscle group. It is quite demanding and to get there it is imperative to overcome physical fatigue, so the mind must play a leading role at all times.

Fue genial estar allí. La música, la energía, las vibraciones que se contagian, fue bastante bueno poder estar en medio de cosas buenas, que motivan, que empujan y que son necesarias para alcanzar objetivos. El deporte, la actividad física, no importa la meta que te traces, siempre debe ir de la mano con Todos.

It was great to be there. The music, the energy, the vibes that are contagious, it was pretty cool to be in the middle of good things, that motivate, that push and that are necessary to achieve goals. Sport, physical activity, no matter what goal you set for yourself, should always go hand in hand with everyone.
