El día fue bueno desde el amanecer, más con la decisión de convertirlo en algo especial y productivo desde las primeras horas. Para esto siempre es importante recargar las energías haciendo un trote suave que te permita poner el cuerpo a tono, sudar un poco y acelerar las pulsaciones acompañando un buen ritmo de oxigenación.

The day was good from dawn, but with the decision to turn it into something special and productive from the early hours. For this it is always important to recharge your energy by doing a gentle jog that allows you to get your body in tune, sweat a little and accelerate your heart rate with a good rhythm of oxygenation.

Varias actividades estaban planificadas, por lo tanto, era imprescindible mantenerme concentrado en cada una de las tareas que debía cumplir. Me dio tiempo de recorrer algunas calles que se prestaron hermosas para mis fotografías, los colores que pintaban el ambiente era un regalo religioso en sí. Lo aproveché de inspiración para alargar un poco el recorrido, dejando que el tiempo hiciera lo suyo.

Several activities were planned, therefore, it was imperative to stay focused on each of the tasks I had to accomplish. I had time to walk through some streets that lent themselves beautifully for my photographs, the colors that painted the environment was a religious gift in itself. I took advantage of the inspiration to extend the tour a bit, letting the weather do its thing.

Después de la recarga de energía, me adentré a la ciudad para buscar algunos productos que requería buscar minuciosamente en varios locales, no sabía exactamente donde encontrarlos, pero por ser una lista larga, debía estar atento a los precios. Era importante conseguir buenos precios porque era bastante probable que no iba a poder alcanzar para comprar todos los materiales que necesitaba. Al final realicé un sondeo de precios, algunos solo estarán disponibles a partir del viernes, pero otros si pude conseguirlos con descuentos bien interesantes.

After the energy recharge, I went into the city to look for some products that required me to search thoroughly in several stores, I did not know exactly where to find them, but because it was a long list, I had to be attentive to the prices. It was important to get good prices because it was quite likely that I would not be able to afford to buy all the materials I needed. In the end I made a price survey, some of them will only be available from Friday, but others I was able to get them with very interesting discounts.

También aproveché para llevar el almuerzo a mi papá, estar un rato con él en una visita bastante corta, pero nutrida. Allí fue momento de tomar un descanso y respirar sin que el movimiento físico hiciera de las suyas. Nada como estar de un frondoso árbol de mango que está allí en la casa que de pequeño visite tanto. No tengo fotos de la mata, pero apuntado como una deuda con ustedes.

I also took the opportunity to bring lunch to my dad, to spend some time with him in a fairly short, but nourishing visit. There it was time to take a break and breathe without physical movement doing its thing. Nothing like being by a leafy mango tree that is there in the house that I visited so much as a child. I do not have photos of the bush, but noted as a debt to you.

La tarde cayó y pues quede satisfecho con lo logrado. Quizás mi piel fue algo maltratada por el sol, pero nada grave. Solo queda estar más pendiente de salir con una gorra o cualquier elemento que bloquee los rayos solares. Lo otro es, pensar desde ya en usar un protector solar.

The evening fell and I was satisfied with what I achieved. Maybe my skin was a little damaged by the sun, but nothing serious. It only remains to be more aware of going out with a cap or any element that blocks the sun's rays. The other thing is to think about using a sunscreen from now on.

Fue un día bastante movido y mi contador de Actifit estuvo ahí presente para avalar la dinámica y el recorrido alcanzado. Espero seguir aumentado la productividad en lo que resta de año, para que el 2025 me agarre con toda la potencia debida y concentrada en mis músculos y en mis ánimos.
