Somedays are amazing and some days need a little more effort to be amazing.
My efforts to making the above a reality includes being thankful for the many wins in my life and dancing off the negative feels trusting that it will all work out for the best.
My body aches for the right reasons so I rested a bit so the workout works more effectively to fitness and great health. All I did was go about on errands after lying down and watching a few episodes of ‘House’, sewed some outfits and jogged on a spot for 15 minutes.

Everyday might not be perfect. Getting to see this day is a great start to amazing, so make sure to feel it.💕✨
