Starting my day by walking around the house with a my eyes that are half open but I manage to go for at least 3 round of walking in the house and then, I went outside to buy some food for my family.
I do my daily routine in the morning but in the afternoon, I went to our backyard to wash my clothes because I have a few clothes that are left in my drawer. So, I wash my clothes for about 2 hours because it needs to be wash and rinse thoroughly so that the dirt will be washed away and put some fabric softener with some perfume so that it will smell good after washing it.
I was really tired after washing clothes and at night, I do my work and before I do my work, I rest for a little bit so that I will have energy from my work.
Lastly, I went outside for a stroll at night after my work because I think walking in the morning and doing my laundry is not enough to burn calories and I went to the 7/11 store to buy some gatorade for my drinks because I am thirsty from that walk. For me, walking each day makes myself feel good and have a good night rest to make myself energize on the next day.
