I think that a good combination of token tipping commands is at least one that is almost guaranteed to work, and at least one that doesn't work most of the time. π€π

It's so curious that various bots, like our usually-dependable !PIZZA bot, work well for long stretches of time, then out of the blue, start having issues, or even stop altogether.
Yep, that's a good tipping strategy to follow. When bots become very iffy, I tend to just stop using them for a while, to see if things improve. π π π β¨ π€

Yep, that's likely true. The main issue with them is that, as you said, the bot owners need to not only be available, but also wanting help with their bots, which is not always the case. π π π β¨ π€

I don't think that "wanting help" is necessary, for as long as the owners of the inactive token tipping bots would simply allow (without being required to do anything else) @borniet's offer to "touch" and revive those bots. π€π

Indeed, of course, and that's what I mean, like for example the SLOTHBUZZ tipping bot, which has not worked for quite a long time now. I contacted the fellow who runs it, and he was so busy in his life that he wasn't even aware that it was broken. He's still deciding what if anything he still wants to do with the bot. He said he'll contact @borniet if he wants to get it up and running again. π π π β¨ π€

In the case of the ENGAGE tipping token, the maximum number of that token has already been issued, such that no "repair" on its tipping bot will fix the problem regarding the inability to tip more of the token (unless the ENGAGE bot's Hive account has a way of acquiring more of the token, either by being sold or gifted the token). π€π€―π
